Abstract: Tartu Health Care College has participated in various quality development projects over time. The speech talks about the quality of management and the quality management of a college – its ups and downs, doubts and success stories.
Biography: Anneli Kannus is the rector of Tartu Health Care College since spring 2000. She studied quality management in the university. She has been assessor in Vocational Education Quality Award and higher education quality projects. Tartu Health Care College has successfully participated in the program PRIMUS quality management process and in Public Sector Quality Award in 2011. College passed successfully the institutional and curriculum accreditation in 2004 and 2008 and transition evaluation in 2011. The school is preparing for international institutional evaluation in 2012.
