Biography: Jussi Onoper has helped to increase the effectiveness of people and organisations for over 14 years. He has participated in more than 100 organizations’ development projects and has developed and conducted many training programs. He has experienced that in order to accelerate the development it is often needed to change the way people think, teach them to see a larger image, to find new ideas, relationships, and working solutions. Use different tools that help to find new ideas, to develop and execute them. His work experience as manager and owner of a company, management consultant, trainer, marketing and quality manager in smaller and larger organisations helps him to understand people and organisations better.
