CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE (including participation in the conference on February 1-2, 2012 and Conference Dinner on February 1, 2012)
- Registration fee 535 €
- Registration fee for three or more participants from one company 482 € per participant
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE FOR EAQ AND EOQ MEMBERS (including participation in the conference on February 1-2, 2012 and Conference Dinner on February 1, 2012)
- Registration fee 375 €
- Registration fee for three or more participants from one company 338 € per participant
SEMINARS on February 3, 2012
- Conference participants 150 €
- Non-Conference participants 190 €
NB! The number of participants is limited!
Invoices are issued by Estonian Association for Quality. VAT will not be added to prices.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
For participation please fill in the registration form.
Conference secretariat will send written confirmation and invoice via e-mail.
VISAS

ACCOMMODATION
EAQ has booked accommodation for conference participants at Swissôtel Tallinn, Park Inn Central Tallinn and Hotel G9. Please mark room type and dates at the registration form.
You will pay for accommodation to the hotel on arrival.
PARTICIPATION CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation please inform conference secretariat in writing by e-mail konverents@eaq.ee.
In case of cancellation before 10th of January 2012 50% of participation fee is paid back.
In case of cancellation from 10th of January 2012 no participation fee is paid back.
All fees are paid back after the conference.
