Paulshus, 65, residing in Oslo, is leading the Ex Board that is currently developing and implementing its new strategy. Benefitting from the EOQ rich history and culture with its 26 National Representatives as the spinal cord of the association, he has the responsibility to lead the coordinated harvesting of the EOQ members collective array of products and ideas. He coordinated the development My EOQ product house and has derived and implemented the central EOQ Awards on a national level. He is also part of the EOQ Honory Awards Jury.

Paulshus has been member of the EOQ Ex Board for 7 years, is the CEO of the Norwegian Association for Quality and Risk Management for 15 years, and a quality professional for a lifetime. He is holding the EOQ Professional Competence Certificates, and has chaired the establishing of two EOQ PRU’s.
