Measuring Quality at Stoneridge Electronics AS

Katrin Väärtnõu has been working as Quality Manager of Stoneridge Electronics AS since 2017. She has been working in the Quality Department of the same company at various positions during 10 years before that, from department assistant up to quality engineer. The company is producing electronic devices for automotive companies.  Katrin has an excellent experience in how quality is being managed and measured at different levels of a manufacturing company. Currently she is responsible for ensuring that the company is performing in conformance with the requirements of automotive sector standards and that the customers receive high quality products with optimal costs. 

Katrin is going to talk how the production situation is monitored and the quality level is being assessed daily in Stoneridge Electronics. She is also going to introduce a practical example, how to reduce poor quality costs.
