Improving the Quality of Business Processes with the Help of Technology

Kristian Allikmaa is Master of Science (Engineering), cum laude (Tallinn University of Technology, Singapore State University). Kristian is partner in Datafruit OÜ – a company, which is offering business analytics, data storage and machine learning solutions. His daily job is seeking solutions for business problems.  He also works as a lecturer in TalTech, teaching digitalization, and data analysis. He has more than 15 years’ experience in IT sector. He has been working as analyst in companies like Webmedia (now Nortal) and Rakuten Asia (Singapore). Kristian has earned the titles of “Lecturer of the Year 2019” and “Lecturer of the Year 2020” (in Master studies’ programme “Digital Transformatson in Entrepreneurship”).

Kristian is going to talk how modern technologies enable significantly raise the quality of business processes, how they allow to create competitive advantages for companies. In his presentation he is going to illustrate the impact of technology on competitiveness with relevant examples and discusses major challenges.
