ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Magdalena Niewczas, PhD, editor in the scientific magazine Food. Science. Technology. Quality. Her scientific interests include: quality assurance, quality continuous improvement, food quality, consumers’ preferences and food risk management. She graduated from Cracow University of Economic. She is the internal auditor of HACCP and ISO 9001. She has practical experience in implementing quality standards.
She is also interested in project management. She works in Association “Education for Entrepreneurship”. She is the research assistant in the Ministry of Science and Higher Education Grant No NN 111 3451 38 (Methodology of multicriteria comparative analysis of elements). She is the author of 11 scientific articles.
