ABOUT THE PRESENTATION
Leadership and organisational change
Following the announcement in October 2007 of Ricoh Family Group’s decision to change its multi branding strategy to a one brand strategy, a number of integrations of Ricoh Companies, which until than operated independent from each other, followed. In three years time, three companies merged into the "new" Ricoh Belgium.
Ricoh Belgium has successfully grown through these mergers, achieving an exemplary integration of the people, with the management team generating a “one family” atmosphere. Ricoh Belgium has sustained its financial performance, both in terms of turnover and profit, throughout the financial crisis by competing on service, rather than price.  Compared to FY2009, turnover increased by 11% and profit by 25% in FY2010. Today, Ricoh Belgium is consistently amongst the top performing sales companies in Ricoh Europe.
In this presentation, we will show some of the Key Success factors in this organisational change.
